When they leave they clean up any and all garbage. We have four units and they take care of them all. We just had a Reme Halo installed too and I can already tell the difference. We just bought a house and both the A/C and heating were not working by the time we moved in. Our realtor recommended we call St. Pete Air Conditioning & Heating and we're very glad we did. Mike showed up right on time and spent a lot of time outside carefully examining the condenser and in the attic checking the air handler to determine what the problem was. After verifying that our system was in good shape, he decided to investigate the power sourcing and found a blown fuse in the attic had shut the whole system down. Fortunately Mike had a replacement on his truck and once the fuse was replaced, everything kicked on! We were so impressed by the quality of service we received, we signed up for their annual maintenance plan right away.
